Our Alarm Response and Keyholding Service removes both risk and inconvenience of having to respond to out of hours activations. The response service can be linked to any device capable of sending a signal out to an alarm receiving centre, whether that’s your intruder, fire or panic alarm, or even reacting to events caught on your monitored CCTV system.


All keys are securely logged and stored in line with BS7984, giving you added peace of mind. Alarm Response and Keyholding services ensure that when your alarm is activated, an experienced fully trained and licensed Security Response Officer will carry out a full external and internal inspection to ensure that your property is safe.

  • A full activation report will be sent to you following the response.

We don’t have to hold your keys to provide alarm response services. Keys can be held at your property in a Key Safe, or you may wish for us to rendezvous with one of your staff members to respond in line with lone worker regulations.

Although your staff members may not be in the building, there will always be someone close by who can keep an eye on things for you and remind criminals that your premises are not their next target.



Our fully trained and SIA licensed security officers are on call around the clock to respond to emergency and non-emergency requirements, taking the responsibility as your first line of defence against any potential threat to your premises, property and staff.

On receiving the call from the monitoring station, we dispatch a security officer to inspect the premises and carry out an external patrol to ensure there are no signs of a break-in. If there are, we call the Police and only enter once they are present. We also call your company contact to inform them of the above if required to do so.

As part of our key-holding service, we liaise with your choice of emergency repair company or, when authorised by you, coordinate our own teams to re-secure the premises (including repairing or replacing locks) to minimise disruption to your business.

If there are no signs of a break-in, we enter the building and identify what has triggered the alarm. We liaise with your alarm engineer for any re-set codes, and remain at the premises until the alarm has been set and the building is armed and locked.
