Intended Audience
This Door Supervisor course is designed for people who wish to apply for a Door Supervisor’s license issued by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).
Pre-requisites
- Be 18 years or older
- Hold an HSE-complaint First Aid Certificate – Valid for at least 12 months
- Sufficient English speaking and literacy skills
- Have no criminal record
- Proof of ID & residence
Course Overview
This Door Supervisor course runs for six days in line with the new SIA requirements. It features elements including the principles of working within the private security industry, conflict management and physical intervention. Our instructors have a wealth of experience, enabling them to support you as you begin an exciting career as a Door Supervisor.
The SIA have introduced that anyone wishing to attend a Door Supervisors Course MUST have a minimum of a Level 3 Emergency First Aid certificate with at least 12 months validity left when attending.
We run a First Aid course before all our Door Supervisor courses.

- How to recognise, assess and reduce Risk in conflict situations
