Divorce will always be a complicated procedure and even more so when there is a question of support and child maintenance. There are instances where private investigators or a surveillance operatives may be utilised to gather evidence in support of infidelity, but they can also be used after the separation for gaining information on post-divorce cohabitation and any significant effect this may have on maintenance payments.
