The First Response Emergency Care (FREC 3) course is designed to advance first aiders to a level where they can provide immediate life support to a patient prior to arrival of emergency services. Learners will gain knowledge, skills and competence needed to deal with a wide range of pre hospital care emergencies such as managing a patient's airways, catastrophic bleeding, fractures and medical emergencies.

This course is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification that has been specifically designed to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions in the workplace and how to best offer support and guidance to colleagues.

This course is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification that has been specifically designed for those who would like to become a Mental Health First Aider in their workplace. This qualification raises learners' awareness of mental health, develops an understanding on how to support, re assure and signpost fellow colleagues to professional support.

Anyone who holds a Level 3 First Response Emergency Care qualification must attend a 3 day re qualification course to enable them to renew their qualification.

This course is an annual refresher for anyone who holds a Level 4 First Response Emergency Care qualification and must partake in a 1-day refresher course every 12 months.

This course is an annual refresher for anyone who holds a Level 3 First Response Emergency Care qualification and must partake in a 1-day refresher course every 12 months.

I went to the Door Supervisor course not knowing a thing about the security industry. Prosec helped me sail through the course.
